Catholic School Applicants

Eighth graders in Catholic elementary schools will receive their applications in early January from their grade school.  Once a student has completed the application packet and records are received by Lake Catholic High School from the student’s grade school, they will be reviewed in conjunction with their placement test results. Please note that the committee bases its decision on the information that is available to them. All first-round letters for Catholic Grade School applicants are sent in mid-February.

Important Admission Dates

• Thursday, January 2, 2025 - Applications distributed to students by Catholic elementary schools
• Friday, January 10, 2025 - Deadline to submit applications to Catholic elementary schools
• Friday, January 17, 2025 - Applications are sent to first-choice high schools for review
• Wednesday, February 5, 2025 - Admission decisions are mailed by high schools 

Non-Diocesan, Public, and Transfer Applicants

Complete the online application form according to the instructions. Please read the instructions carefully. Once all required information is returned to the 招生 Office, the 招生 Review Committee will evaluate your file and notify you of its decision. Please note that the committee bases its decision on the information that is available to them. An incomplete file can result in denial of admission to Lake Catholic. Letters notifying students of admissions decisions will be mailed after the admissions procedure is complete and the admissions committee has made its decision.

A complete application file consists of the following:

• The online application
• A completed recommendation form from a current teacher
• Transcripts from your child's current school 
• 504/IEP/Accommodation plans (if applicable)

Important Admission Dates for Public School Students

• 12月15日, 2024- January 28, 2025 - Complete online applications + submit all accompanying documents
• February 5, 2025 - First Round Admission decisions mailed

Applications received after January 28, 2025, will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
